Event Details

C.O.S.M.I.C. (Complex Over Simple Machine Innovation Challenge) is a Rube Goldberg challenge event hosted by WISH, IEEE, NSBE, SHPE, Women in Mathematics, and Women in Physics in partnership with Lockheed Martin that requires teams of 3-5 members to build a machine that pours cereal from a box into a bowl! It will on Saturday, October 7th from 9am to 2:30pm. All of the supplies will be provided, and teams will have 2 hours and 15 minutes to craft their machine! Prizes will be awarded to the top teams: a $25 Amazon gift card for each member of the first place team, and a $10 gift card for each member of the second place team. Lunch will also be provided!
